Our Founder
Mr. Lotfy Abdelkader is a highly qualified and
experienced professional in the fields of Civil
Engineering and Project Management, with over
20 years of work experience. He has a diverse
skill set that includes project controls, project and
risk management, forensic delay analysis, claims management and dispute resolution, and the management of FIDIC form of contracts. His expertise is reflected in his long list of successful projects in various sectors, including infrastructure, railways, motorways, interchanges, tunnels and bridges, buildings, wastewater treatment plants, MEP works, and stadiums and sports facilities. Mr. Abdelkader is a distinguished Fellow of ECSAU, an International Commercial Arbitrator.

has served as an arbitrator, counselor, and consultant
in Egypt, MENA, and England, demonstrating
his expertise in dispute resolution and claims

PMC projects worth USD 4.32 billion.
